We know that in industrial production, industrial dirt is cleaned with industrial cleaning agents. But presumably everyone does not have an accurate understanding of industrial fouling.
Industrial dirt
The equipment, workshops, pipelines, buildings, raw materials, finished products and semi-finished products in industrial production, when in contact with the atmosphere, environment, production materials, media, products, mechanical oil, etc., produce various physical, chemical and electrochemical or Biological reactions and other effects will leave, deposit and generate various substances on the surface that are harmful to production, product quality, and human health. Such substances are industrial dirt.
Sources of industrial fouling:
1. Atmosphere, various pollutants in the atmosphere will cause dirt when deposited on the surface of the object
2. The cooling medium, which evaporates after use, may also form dirt on the surface of the object
3. Production of raw materials and products, the formation of this kind of dirt, generally the raw materials or products will be deposited in the production equipment
4. Machine oil, various oils used in machinery, are brought into the production system, contaminate equipment and materials and form dirt
5. Microorganisms, which generally come from water and soil, will form microbial mud on the surface of equipment and pipelines
6. Surface processing products, materials or coating substances on the surface of equipment, when they need to be cleaned or reprocessed, these substances become dirt
7. Corrosion products, products formed by corrosion of raw materials or products under corrosive action
Industrial dirt formed in industrial production will cause various harms and affect all aspects of industrial production.
The hazards of industrial dirt:
1. Will cause the normal operation of production
2. Will cause production energy consumption and increase production costs
3. The presence of dirt will affect the quality of the product
4. If the dirt is not cleaned up in time, the continuous accumulation of dirt can easily cause various safety accidents
5. Dirt will affect the performance of products and materials, and also reduce the service life of the equipment
After industrial dirt is formed, it needs to be cleaned up in time. Cleaning up industrial dirt is what we often call industrial cleaning. The use of industrial cleaning agents in industrial cleaning is now a common method, which is very effective in dealing with industrial dirt.
