Industrial cleaning agent cleaning methods are divided into two types, one is a physical method and the other is a chemical method. The physical method means that no new chemical substances are produced during the cleaning process, and the chemical method refers to the production of new chemical substances during the cleaning process. Physical methods include mechanical washing, ultrasound, heat, light, and physical dissolution. Chemical methods include water-based (acidic, neutral, alkaline) and solvent-based (fluorine, chlorine, hydrocarbon, low-boiling polar solvent, emulsification).
Blessin provides cleaning agent cleaning processes such as immersion, ultrasonic, spray, gas phase, etc., which can effectively remove dirt on the surface of the object, improve the quality and performance of the product, and extend the service life of the product.
Industrial cleaning agent cleaning method
一、Desktop cleaning-small batch, rework, maintenance
1. Cleaning of aerosol cans/spray cans
Advantages: convenient, controllable contact
Disadvantages: not suitable for large batches, the cleaning effect depends on the operator, no heating (usually low temperature), relatively high cost, not "green"
2. Cleaning in barrels/cleaning at room temperature (including brushing and wiping processes)
Advantages: allow soaking
Disadvantages: The cleaning effect depends on the operator, no heating, not "green", the cleaning agent will become dirty as the cleaning time becomes longer, and the cleaning agent will be discarded.
二、Equipment/automated cleaning
1. Ultrasound
Advantages: physical stirring, repeatable, usually with heating
Disadvantages: non-"green", the cleaning agent will become dirty as the cleaning time becomes longer. Ultrasonic waves may damage sensitive components/substrates. Dispose of the cleaning agent.
2. Gas phase degreasing and cleaning
Advantages: high-precision, fresh solvent, suitable for narrow-pitch circuit boards, closed cycle cleaning ("green", economical)
Disadvantages: high cost (solvent with high safety), toxic (low-cost solvent)
3. Batch cleaning-generally suitable for water-based cleaning agents
Rotating rod sprayer
Washing & rinsing
Hot air drying
4. Online cleaning equipment-water-based cleaning agent or water
Fixed nozzle, impact from different angles
Generally considered to be a repeatable cleaning process with excellent cleaning effect
